United young guns are on top form

THE UNITED Academy’s youngest teams stole the show on Saturday with two impressive displays from the under 10’s and 11’s.

The under 13’s fell to an uncharacteristic defeat while the under 14’s and 15’s games were called off due to the weather. The under 12’s made their early morning trip to Lisburn but to no avail as opponents Donegal Celtic disappointingly failed to appear.

The 12’s are back in action this Wednesday at the Showgrounds in the last 16 of the NI cup against Ardoyne with a 7.30pm start.
