Victoria hand out annual awards

Following an excellent meal, the awards were handed out by guest of honour, Colin Malone, before the large crowd was treated to an excellent after dinner speech from Mr Andy Kennedy.

The various award winners were as follows:

First team - Batting averages, G. McClune; Bowling averages, J. Bunting; Player of the Season, G. McClune; Captain's Award, R. Black; Top Duck, M. Parks

Second team - Batting averages, D. Vennard; Bowling averages, C. Boomer; Player of the Season: C. Boomer; Captain's Award, D. McDowell Sr.

Third team - Batting averages, S. Girvan; Bowling averages, T. Marshall; Player of the Season, A. Gray; Captain's Award, J. Thornbury.

Club awards - Player's Player of the Year, G. McClune; Young Player of the Year, C. Marshall; Clubman of the Year, G. Mullin.
