Weather hits cup game
LAST weekends scheduled Pat McMahon Cup semi-final between St. Peter’s and Maghery was postponed due to the bad weather.
The Whites had reached the semi having beaten Clan na Gael and in the two other first round games Wolfe Tones beat St. Paul’s and Sarsfields defeated hosts Clann Eireann.
Sarsfields semi-final against neighbours Wolfe Tones which was due to be played at Clann Eireann took place last night Wednesday at Derrymacash under lights.
