The competition on Sunday, May 15 resulted in Paul McAtamney (25) returning the best score, with 36 stableford points.

The first nine contained a series of high scores which resulted in only 16 points but he rectified that with 20 on the second nine, despite a non-score on the par three 10th.

The Sunday open was better supported and the victor was eight handicapper Richard Mark, who amassed 39 stableford points.

A superb front nine of one under gross produced 23 points from six pars, a dropped shot on the par five third, and birdies on the eighth and ninth.

The homeward nine again opened with dropped shots on the 10th plus two on the 11th but he followed that with five pars, only to bogey the 15th and 18th, yet he still played the second nine to his handicap to add 18 points to his total.
