Wheelchair Basketball teaser coming to Magee

GROUNDWORK Northern Ireland and SHINE Charity (Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, Information, Networking and Equality) are collaborating to facilitate a wheelchair basketball taster session at the Magee Campus, on Saturday, to promote engagement in the sport in the North West.

The Session will be held at 11am – 12.30pm and free car parking is available.

Groundwork Northern Ireland are helping the North West Eagles Wheelchair basketball group to further establish its impact in the local community by joint funding the wheelchair basketball taster session with SHINE charity and providing two basketball systems to enable the group to better facilitate future junior sessions.
