Whites face slick Crues

The Whites will have their work cut out to keep the talented Crusaders at bay but they have been working on what went wrong against the Glens last Saturday says manager Tommy Wright.

"The players will be given the opportunity to make amends for last week and they are looking forward to what is a difficult task," said Wright. "We have to cut out the mistakes in areas that cost dearly. Going forward is not really a concern because we played quite well last week and even had more shots on target than the Glens."

Wright will be delighted to take anything from the game. "Crusaders are a very solid team and they like to play football. They can mix it too and all good teams can do that. We tend to overplay at times but hopefully we can get it right on Saturday."

Linfield will be out to chalk up their first win after dropping two points at home last Saturday. They travel to Dungannon Swifts.

"We have even more reason to go for the victory after last weekend," said manager David Jeffrey. "Games at Stangmore Park are always close and we will have to be at our very best to come away with three points."
