Winning start for Craigavon

CRAIGAVON Squash Club opened the new season against Civil Service C at Craigavon Leisure Centre and secured an emphatic win by 13 points to 3.

New club number 1 Peter Barclay kicked off by thrashing his opposite number by 3 games to love.

Nick Rusk playing at two had the toughest encounter of the night and he evntually ran out the winner by the odd game in 5.

Rory Reynolds at number 3 had little difficulty in disposing of his opponent by 3 games to 1 and Craigavon’s number 4 Darren McCabe was far too strong winning 3-0 ensuring a winning start to the campaign.
