Magherafelt man Jordan Evans, who plays guitar with Belfast based band Gnarkats is over the moon about the release of the band's first studio EP at the end of last year.

The band formed in September 2015 and consist of Caolan McCauley (Guitar and Vocals), Jordan Evans (Guitar), Stuart Robinson (Drums and Vocals) and Louis Nelson (Bass).

They draw inspiration from bands such as And So I Watch You From Afar, FIDLAR and Sticky Fingers.

They have been gigging regularly in the Belfast area, home recorded a three track EP, and even had their track “Problems” featured on BBC Ulster’s ATL as track of the day.

They stepped up their game last year when they went into the studio to record a new EP, which was released in December.

If you want to hear the band live, they will be playing at The Underground in Draperstown on March 10 and they would love to see some of their local fans at the gig.
