Illustrated talk by artist

Belfast artist Alice Clark will give an illustrated talk in Lisburn next week on her residency aboard the Corystes research vessel.

She will be speaking at the R Space Gallery in Castle Street on February 25.

The Corystes is owned by the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI), and spends over 250 days a year at sea. Various teams of on-board scientists undertake a diverse programme of marine environmental research.

Alice will share her experience of making drawings on board during two separate trips last year. The talk begins at 7.30pm and tickets are priced £5.
