5. Shaw's Bridge, Belfast
Dubbed as one of the dearest sandstone bridges in Northern Ireland, Shaw’s Bridge is widely elusive in its history but remains a stunning structure that is visited daily.
It is believed to have been a path across the water from Belfast to Drumbeg since the Stone Age, dating back hundreds of years and being one of the oldest bridges in the country. Photo: Flickr.

The Bloody Bridge River is one of the critical links joining the Mourne Wall and the Slieve Donard summit.

7. Tassagh Viaduct, Co Armagh
Tassagh Viaduct became a Grade B listed building back in 1976, 19 years after final closure of the line came in 1957.
