5. Deep Bouldering - Greenhill YMCA, Donard Park, Newcastle
Not for the faint of heart, this cold water activity will have your heart racing in no time, journeying up, over and into the Bloody Bridge River. Available from April-September, deep water bouldering will have you sliding along natural water slides, jumping into deep water pools and climbing over boulders.
