Packed programme of events celebrates Positive Ageing Month at Maghaberry Community Centre

The chance to chat, make lasting connections and even have a sing song will be the order of the day as the Senior Information Network Group (SING) will host its annual celebration event on Thursday October 29.

Taking place at Maghaberry Community Centre, those in later years are invited to come along and enjoy what the day has to offer.

The event will bring together those in later years, partners, and local organisations to celebrate the invaluable contribution of older people in our community and promote ways to age well.

The programme includes: Siobhan Casey, Commissioner For Older People NI, Singing by Moira Friendship Group & Ann Moore entertainment, Nutrition Advice - South Eastern Trust, opportunities for chat, connection and peer support.
