Lisburn's Pasha - Turkish Kebab & Pizza House named as finalist in British Kebab Awards
Pasha - Turkish Kebab & Pizza House in Lisburn has been named a finalist in the Best Kebab House in Northern Ireland category of the 15th British Kebab Awards, the national awards that celebrate the restaurants, takeaways and people behind one of Britain's best-loved dishes.
This year's finalists were selected from a record semi-final field of almost 500 businesses, following more than 6,000 nominations and over 40,000 public votes.
Selection combined the public vote with an assessment by an independent panel of judges, including food-hygiene standards.
Now in its 15th year, the British Kebab Awards has grown from its first celebratory dinner in 2013 into one of the most established events in the Westminster and hospitality calendars, with cross-party support from Prime Ministers, party leaders, ministers and MPs.

The finalists represent an industry estimated to be worth more than £2.8 billion a year to the UK economy, with over 20,000 outlets supporting around 200,000 jobs.
The competition now enters its final stage. You can vote online at www.britishkebabawards.co.uk/bka_vote_2027
Public voting for all finalists continues until January 31, 2027.
The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony for around 1,200 guests in February.
Ibrahim Doğuş, Founder of the British Kebab Awards, said: "Reaching the final is a significant achievement, and this year's finalists reflect the talent and hard work of the whole industry - from independent family businesses to larger restaurant groups.
"More than 6,000 nominations and over 40,000 votes show how strongly people support these businesses.
"The Awards bring people from every part of the UK to Westminster and have become one of the largest, if not the largest, cross-party events of the year.”
