“I would urge other major employers to take similar decisions. If your work is not essential at this critical time then you need to close to protect the health of your workers.
"Where the operations are essential then you need to ensure safe working practices are implemented immediately.”

Hide AdSDC Trailers confirmed the decision to temporarily close the manufacturing plants in Toome and MDF Antrim as of today.
A spokesperson said: "The Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our employees is our upmost priority and whilst we have followed guidelines and taken official advice with regards to social distancing measures, there have been concerns raised from our workforce over the last 24 hours.
"We will continue to communicate with our employees, customers and suppliers during these challenging times."
