Town snooker club re-listed for sale

THE old LCA snooker club in Lurgan town centre has been re-listed for sale.

The premises at 39 Church Place had been put up for sale in 2007, but after failing to find buyers, the club enlisted the help of another estate agent.

The premises are now being advertised by Ardmore Commercial as well original agent Kingham Properties.

It is described as a “prominent commercial premises suitable for a variety of uses subject to obtaining the necessary statutory consents”.

The property had previously been used as a snooker/pool hall and amusement arcade.
