Arlene shares healthy food at Ballycarry institute
Times cookery columnist Arlene Thompson was the guest speaker at a meeting of Ballycarry WI.
Arlene presented a talk on Healthy Hearts to help improve diet and lifestyle, shared recipes and hosted food tasting.
After a quiz on health tips, with apples as prizes, members enjoyed a delicious supper which included samples of Arlene’s healthy fare.
Anna Simms won the competition to design a Valentine card; second was Maureen Morrow and third, Maybeth McQuitty.
