Assault and theft charges withdrawn
CHARGES of assaulting a woman and stealing a mobile telephone belonging to her have been withdrawn against a Cullybackey man, at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
Martin Brian Gamble (25), of Spence Crescent, had been alleged to have committed the offences on January 8.
