Coalisland woman charged with fraud against a Troubles victims charity

A Coalisland woman has appeared in court charged with three allegations of fraud against a Troubles victims charity.

Paula Hamilton, 36, from Lisnastrane Road,stands accused of making three false representations in an application for funding to Northern Ireland Memorial Fund between March 20 and 21 June 2012.

She is further charged with three counts of possession of invoices in connection withfraud on the same dates.

District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until September 30 for the defendant’s attitude towards the charges.
