Concert to honour Minister’s work
A concert which will acknowledge the charity work of the late Rev. Warwick Smart, former minister of First Ballymoney Presbyterian Church, will be held in the town on Friday, October 25.
The concert at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre is being organised by the Livingstone Golf Society which was formed to provide an opportunity for the friends of Rev. Smart to raise money for schools in Zimbabwe - the Livingstone Schools.
The Society wrote to Ballymoney Council asking for a contribution towards the cost of hiring the main hall at the JDLC. Council agreed to the request.
