Cookstown police probe acid attack in the Loup
A police investigation in underway after a suspected acid liquid attack on a garden in the Loup.
Cookstown police said they appealing for any information or witnesses to an incident at a residential property “where shrubs and plants have been severely discoloured and damaged”.
“It is believed this occurred between 16th and 17th July.
“It appears as if some form of acidic liquid has been thrown maliciously into this family’s front garden. Please contact us directly via 101 or through this means.”
