Man with Magherafelt address admits possessing prohibited image of a child
A district judge has ordered a pre-sentence report in the case of a 20-year-old man who admitted possessing a prohibited image of a child.
Judge Conor Heaney said at Magherafelt Magistrates Court on Wednesday that he wanted a full report before dealing with the case.
Kacper Mrozinski, of Glenburn Park, Magherafelt, also faces three charges of making indecent photographs of children, and possessing an indecent photograph of a child on February 12, 2024.
Judge Heaney adjourned the case to August 5 and directed Mrozinski to attend Probation.
