The 31-year-old had been accused of entering a building as a trespasser on Thursday October 30 last year.

A prosecutor told Thursday's Court: "We were awaiting a forensic addendum report which has now been received and the charge can be withdrawn."

In another case, McClure is one of a number of people accused of stealing a medieval suit of knight armour which was taken in a burglary in Larne in February this year.

He is also charged with possession of 'crystal meth'. The defendant was further remanded in custody and that case was adjourned to October 15.
