Desertmartin man fined for indecent behaviour outside Magherafelt pub
Desertmartin man Michael McCann, has been fined a total of £90 after accepting a charge of indecent behaviour at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
Handing down his sentence, Judge White told the 25-year-old that by telling police on the night of his offence that “they should be dealing with drug dealers instead of him” that he had “failed the attitude test”.
The Longfield Road man was accused of indecent behaviour after exiting a bar in the Garden Street area of Magherafelt on June 14.
He must pay a fine of £75 plus an offenders levy of £15 within eight weeks.
