Doreen’s loss is Slimming World’s gain
Doreen Wilson is now using her experience as a Slimming World consultant to reach out to more people from the Ballyclare area by opening a Friday morning Slimming World group on October 16.
The group will meet at Foundry House, enabling members to attend once a week over six different days and giving them more choice and flexibility.

“I was always tired, with no energy, and over the years as the weight piled, I totally lost all confidence in myself,” she recalled.
“My life is so different now. I have loads of energy, confidence and I am such a different person having lost over one-third of my original body weight.
“Also, thanks to losing all that weight I am no longer dependent on any medication either, which is such an amazing benefit to my health.

“I would never have been able to do this a few years ago, especially carrying all that extra weight.”
Doreen already has two successful evening groups, one in Ballyclare and the other in Carrickfergus, therefore it was a natural progression for her to open a morning group which is ideal for young mums, senior citizens and shift workers who struggle to get to regular weekly evening sessions.
Slimming World suits all lifestyles.
The Extra Easy plan is so flexible it fits around the entire family.
