Exclusive chance to get up close and personal with garden birds

Here’s an exclusive opportunity to get up close and personal with our garden birds with this bird ringing taster session this Saturday (April 18th).

Join experienced bird ringer Aidan Crean, who will reveal why bird ringing is an essential conservation tool, and learn how he safely catches and handles wild birds.

Numbers are limited to 12 persons by pre-booked ticket on a first come basis. Tickets costing £2 per person, are available by telephoning 028 2766 0227 or by calling in person to Riada House, 14 Charles Street, Ballymoney. Participants must bring warm, waterproof clothing.

Please note this event is not suitable for children under 14 years of age and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
