Jobless figures rise
UNEMPLOYMENT in Coleraine has risen only slightly since this time last year.
Figures released by the Labour Market for the month of April show that unemployment rose by 0.2%, just four people, since 2011.
There are now 1,796 people out of work in the Coleraine Borough Council area - 1,305 men and 491 women.
And, the jobless figure fell by 4.9% compared with March.
