The group is the initiative of local Rathfriland residents Leslie and Ramona Williams and is supported by UK hearing loss charity Hearing Link.

Anne Madill, an experienced Lipreading Tutor, leads the group.

Leslie said: “It’s great to have this group up and running in the area.

“Lipreading is a vital skill for people like myself who are living with hearing loss every day.

“We want to continue to offer this in the future so please offer your support by helping us to raise funds for this very worthwhile cause.”
