Local Council praises Cutler's efforts at Lytham
COLERAINE Borough Council is to send a letter of congratulations to Portstewart golfer Paul Cutler.
At Tuesday’s meeting of Council’s Leisure and Environment Committee, Cllr Billy Leonard made the proposal.
“Rory McIlroy may have been the big golfing story nationally but our own Paul Cutler did exceptionally well in an amateur tournament and I think we should send a letter of congratulations,” he said.
It was unanimously agreed to officially congratulate Paul Cutler on winning the Lytham Trophy.
