Magherafelt teenager accused of burglary in which he '˜damaged a Christmas card'
A teenager has appeared at court on a burglary charge.
Carlos Martinez, 19, of The Brambles, Magherafelt, is accused of entering a dwelling at Mulderg Road, Magherafelt, and stealing therein on June 5. Martinez is also charged with damaging a glass door pane and a Christmas card on the same date. He was released on personal bail of £500 with conditions, including that he has no contact with the injured party, to appear again at Magherafelt Magistrates Court on August 3.
