Man helped to consume four bottles of vodka during Magherafelt Christmas do
A man caught on CCTV urinating in view of members of the public in Magherafelt, was fined £90 at the local Magistrates Court.
Sean Nixon (21), warehouse operative, of Beech Meadows, Portadown, admitted a charge of indecent behaviour at Queen Street on December 7 last.
A PPS lawyer said Nixon was heavily intoxicated and made no reply when spoken to by police at 1am.

Hide AdA defence lawyer explained that Nixon had just left a local nightclub as it was closing time and was unable to get back inside to use the toilet.
He said Nixon had been attending a Christmas works and leaving party as he was planning to start a new job.
The lawyer said defendant had helped to consume four bottles of Vodka plus other alcoholic drinks during the night.
“He has very little recollection of the incident,” added the lawyer.
