Man on trial accused of an obscene act
An 18-year-old man has been returned for trial charged with carrying out an obscene act and exposing himself.
Frank McAlinden, Springvale Road, Gilford, appeared last Wednesday at a preliminary enquiry.
It is alleged that on July 3 he committed an act of a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature by exposing his person to a female and exposing his genitals intending someone would see them.
McAlinden was remanded on £400 bail on condition he does not have any contact with the injured party.
He is to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on November 19.
