Man urinated in the street

Thomas Hamilton (21), Toberhewny Lane Lower, admitted disorderly behaviour and indecent behaviour on May 23 this year.

The court heard that in the early hours of the morning police were dealing with a disturbance in Malcolm Road, Lurgan.

Hamilton came along and started to shout and swear. He had alcohol taken. The defendant was then seen urinating in full view of everyone present. He told police: “Bang, bang you know what’s coming to you.”

Mr Richard Monteith, defending, said a pre-sentence report showed Hamilton suitable for community service.
