Men face GBH and affray charges

Four men denied causing an affray and grievous bodily harm with intent when they appeared at Londonderry Crown Court.

Mark Anthony O’Kane, (25), of Creggmount, Claudy; Kevin Robert O’Kane (30), of Fanad Drive; Ciaran Fisher (22), from Portstewart, and Gavin Mark Patrick Fisher (25), whose address was given as c/o Maghaberry, are accused of committing the affray on June 28, 2015. A bench warrant was issued for a fifth person, from Belfast, after he failed to appear.

The case was adjourned to May 31 for a trial date.

Kevin O’Kane, Ciaran and Gavin Fisher were remanded in custody and Mark O’Kane was released on continuing bail.
