Men’s Shed opens in Balnamorecome along
Balnamore Community Association are opening up a Men’s Shed where men of all ages from Balnamore and surrounding areas can come to learn, teach and contribute to their community and have some craic!
Activities in the Shed will include making or mending in wood (e.g. carpentry, joinery, turning, carving, whittling, furniture renovation) as well as bike repair, gardening, vehicle repair, tool renovation, upholstery, boat renovation, model engineering, milling and much more!
A Local History course will start on Monday, 2nd September at 7pm. Both courses will be held in Balnamore Community Centre and are free and for men only. Don’t forget Balnamore Fun Day & Vintage Rally on Saturday 24 August.
