New era for News Letter with relaunch

THE News Letter now has a fresh new look bringing extra content to the paper and its associated website and tablet app.

The News Letter has a new look across a range of sections in the paper and online - news, business, features and sport, as well as their regular supplements.

A line-up of columnists bring you their particular take on the major issues of the day - Alex Kane on Monday; Chris Moncrieff on Tuesday; Robin Greer on Wednesday; Nick Garbutt on Thursday; Ian Paisley on Friday and Sandra Chapman on Saturday.

Each week the paper carries the following supplements and sections: Monday: Sports Ulster covering rugby; local and national football; horse racing; hockey and motorcycling, to name only a few.

NLWoman, packed with interviews, fashion, beauty and retail therapy, introduces Lynda Bryans as a new columnist.

Tuesday: 12-page weekly Business section brings you the latest news, views and analysis.

Keep ‘Er Lit : an insight on motorcycling events throughout the summer season.

Tuesdays will see the introduction of a series of articles on loyal order events and personalities.

Wednesday: Farming Life introduces a new feature, The Country Woman, as well as all you need to know about the young farmers’ scene.

Thursday: Faith Focus in which we speak to local people involved in vital church work overseas and at home.

Friday keeps you up to date with the latest entertainment news.

Saturday: Farming Life with its unrivalled coverage of farming will contain a new feature, The Home Place, with its dedicated coverage of community and family-driven news. The Churches’ section each Saturday is also expanding with a new feature, Church Life, focusing on the life and times of a particular church each week.

The News Letter’s sports team provides a first-class reports and results service in Ulster Saturday Night for their tablet app audience.
