New fencing to improve football facility
The council has approved a spend of £8,500 for the erection of new fencing to enclose the football pitch at Foundry Lane, Ballyclare.
At Monday night’s (July 7) full council meeting, members were informed that the fencing will “enhance the existing pitch, help prevent misuse and dog fouling and prevent balls from entering local gardens and damaging property.”
