Pair deny public order charges
TWO men pleaded not guilty when they appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court on public order charges
Richard Wright (28), of Park View, Castledawson, is accused of assaulting John Gibson and disorderly behaviour.
Geoffrey Stewart (24), Princess Street, Ballymena, faces charges of assaulting Mr Gibson; assaulting John Alan Hyndman and disorderly behaviour.
The alleged offences were committed at Moneymore Road, Magherafelt, on August 13 last year.
The case was adjourned until September 12 to fix a date for a contest.
