Causeway Coast and Glens Council has been notified of plans for a residential development in the Greenhall area of Coleraine.

A Pre-Application Notification has been lodged with Council by the applicant Porter & Co Ltd.

The proposal is for a “residential development and all other ancillary works” at “lands located adjacent and north of nos. 8 - 26 Greenhall Court (evens only); adjacent and south of nos. 11 - 21 Greenhall Park (odds only); and adjacent and west of nos. 11 - 27 Copeland Park (odds only) and 32 - 38 & 50 - 62 Ardbeg Drive (evens only), Coleraine.”

The planning application for the proposed development must not be submitted any sooner than 12 weeks from the date the Pre-Application Notification is received by Causeway Coast and Glens Council.

Any future planning application with then go before the members of Causeway Coast and Glens Council’s Planning Committee for consideration.
