MEA Affordable Food Collective pre-loved school uniform scheme available in Carrickfergus
The MEA Affordable Food Collective pre-loved school uniform scheme will see pre-loved items available in Carrickfergus until Friday, August 7.
The scheme, which also continues in Ballymena and Larne until Friday, July 31, will be running at YMCA, 30-34 Irish Quarter West from 10am-2pm Monday to Friday.
In a social media post, the group said: “If your child has outgrown their nursery, primary or secondary school uniform and another family may be able to use it, why not donate it to our pre loved uniform scheme. Items can be left into our shops in Larne, Carrick and Ballymena and would be very much appreciated.
"All pre-loved items are available on a give-what-you-can basis, and all donations are gratefully accepted. Money raised goes towards the MEA Affordable Food Collective to help continue to provide for people in the Mid and East Antrim area.”
