A special dinner marked the 75th anniversary of the Portadown Royal Irish Fusiliers Old Comrades Association recently.

The dinner was held in the Masonic Hall, Portadown to celebrate the association’s formation in 1947 with more than 40 attended including members of other local Regimental Associations.

During the dinner the President of the Tandragee Veterans Centre, Matt Dillon presented the Chairman Sam Thompson with a beautiful framed picture of a Royal Irish Fusilier Cap Badge and a message of support. Corporal David Hogg played regimental pipe tunes.
