The visit was funded as part of Mid & East Antrim Agewell Partnership’s (MEAAP) ‘Nudge into Nature’ project.
MEAAP is a locally based inter-agency partnership aimed at improving the lives of older people aged 50 years and over in Mid & East Antrim.
