Six month ban for man caught driving at 37mph in Desertmartin
A motorist detected travelling at 37mph in Desertmartin, has lost his licence for six months.
Eugene Gerard McErlean, 29, of Mullaghnamoyagh Road, Portglenone, was also fined £90 in relation to the speeding charge.
A prosecuting lawyer at Magherafelt Magistrates Court said police stopped the defendant’s vehicle travelling at 37 - seven in excess of the permitted limit at 10.43am on October 10.
