Speaking on behalf of the South Derry Solicitors’ Association, Mr Stephen Atherton said his Association are not prepared to bestow any form of legitimacy on the consultation.

He claimed the Department of Justice decision to close local Courthouses is unjustifiable and will damage access to justice for the public.
