St Patrick's Day council opening hours

The Foyle Arena, Guildhall, Tower Museum, and all cemeteries in the Londonderry area will remain open on St Patrick's Day but several facilities across the city will be closing.

The City Baths, Templemore Sports Complex and Bishop’s Field will be among the Council facilities closing for the day. The Registrar’s office will also be closed although all recycling centres across the district will remain open.

Bins will be collected as normal on both sides of the river.

Holiday arrangements, in place for Council services over St Patrick’s Day and the Easter holiday period, are now available on the Council website at http://www.derrystrabane.com/openinghours.

The public are encouraged to view the site for arrangements relating to refuse collection and opening hours for recycling centres, leisure, heritage and museum facilities and details for all Council services across the Derry City and Strabane District area.
