Belfast-bound roads to be closed to facilitate transport of ‘abnormal load’

Detailing the closures, a Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “To facilitate the movement of an abnormal load from Belfast Harbour West to Kilroot Power Station, the M2 at Fortwilliam Roundabout/M5/A2 Shore Road (citybound) will be closed July 30 at 11pm until the early hours of Sunday (July 31).

“Diversions will be at Junction 2 Greencastle - Shore Road (Belfast-bound).”
