Newtownabbey traffic collision: man taken to hospital
A man was hospitalised after a two-vehicle road collision in Newtownabbey earlier today (Monday).

The incident led to the route being closed for a period with motorists advised to seek an alternative route for their journeys.
In an update this evening, the PSNI said: “The Cashel Drive, Newtownabbey has now re-opened following a two-vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at the junction of the Monkstown Road and Cashel Drive, Newtownabbey on Monday 5th June. One man was taken to hospital for his injuries.”
