Two women die in Letterkenny house fire
Tow women - believed to be sisters - have died after a fire at a house in Co Donegal.
Gardaí in Letterkenny are investigating a fatal house fire that occurred at Ceannan View, Letterkenny this morning Friday 3rd January, 2014.
One man, who raised the alarm, escaped from the house uninjured. The body of a woman in her late 20’s was located in the house and her body has been removed to Letterkenny Hospital. A second woman in her late 20’s was removed to Letterkenny General Hospital and was later pronounced dead.
The scene is currently preserved for a technical examination.
