Invest NI doubles support offered firmsinvesting in Londonderry year-on-year
INVEST NI says it has increased the number of jobs promoted in Londonderry and doubled the level of support offered companies over the past year.
It’s 2012/13 performance results for the Londonderry area show it made offers totalling £7.8 million which secured almost £32 million of investment commitments from businesses in the area.
These projects promoted 481 new jobs, up 18 per cent on the previous year. Of the 481, 200 were as a result of foreign direct investment (FDI).
