The latter is located at Westside Apartments in Lower Main Street in Letterkenny. Auctioneer Allsops advise the reserve price for the flat is 17.5k euros. By contrast the impressive Bay View Hotel will set you back at least 400k euros. With views over Killybegs harbour and a seven day pub licence the hotel is being auctioned on the instructions of a receiver.
