Police can also be heard to call out “CS gas” while the young women are restrained on the ground.

One of them lost her shoe in the struggle, which an officer put back on her foot before she was taken away in handcuffs.

The other teenager can then be heard singing ‘hey ho, hey ho’ but we have removed this part of the footage, so as not to identify anyone.

It is understood a juvenile and 18-year-old female were charged with disorderly behaviour, assault on police and also resisting arrest.

Both are due in court in November.
